## About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Implementation Functional Lead with strong hands-on expertise in FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS to support M&A integrations, ERP carve-outs, and enterprise finance transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements:

 * 8+ years of Oracle Cloud EPM implementation experience
 * Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud EPM implementations
 * Strong hands-on experience with:
 + Oracle FCCS
 + Oracle ARCS
 + Oracle EDMCS
 * Expertise in financial consolidation, close, account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, financial reporting, and master data governance
 * Experience with M&A integrations, ERP carve-outs, and finance transformation programs
 * Strong experience with trial balance onboarding, metadata migration, hierarchy harmonization, and enterprise data governance
 * Experience leading requirements gathering, functional design, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

 * Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle EPM integrations
 * Oracle Data Management, REST APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations
 * Large-scale enterprise transformation programs
