Expertise writing and maintaining batch jobs with technologies like ETL/Informatica and Autosys
Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
Experience following ATDD (acceptance test driven development) and writing automated tests for database code.
Experience with cloud technologies is a bonus: Snowflake, S3
Interest in writing clean, testable, readable, easily maintainable, and performant code.
Knowledge in mid-tier technologies like Java, messaging technologies, web container and understanding how they interact with data.
Comfortable working in an Agile software delivery environment, with exposure to continuous integration and continuous delivery tools.
Ability to translate storyboards and use cases into applications that give Fidelity a strategic edge with critical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of CI / CD processes & tools and are passionate about delivering high quality software.
Providing leadership guidance, mentorship to empower team members to their optimum performance levels and career potential.
