* High School diploma or GED/Enrolled in a Health Information Technology degree program or Medical Office Assistant Certification course and/or two of experience in an HIM/medical record department or healthcare office setting with Release of Information/Correspondence preferred

 * Or equivalent combination of education training and experience.

 * RHIT/Medical Office Assisting Certification preferred

Licenses And Certifications Required:

Special Skills, Knowledge Required:

 * Experience working in an electronic medical record (EMR) system preferred.
