## Description

A large public sector organization is preparing for a major Workday implementation covering the full Workday platform. Implementation is expected to begin in December and continue through 2028.
The organization is seeking a senior transformation leader to serve as a trusted advisor to the CIO. This individual will lead implementation readiness, establish strong governance, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure that business, technology, data, and organizational priorities remain aligned.

Key Responsibilities

 * Partner with the CIO on program strategy, governance, and executive decision making
 * Lead organizational and operational readiness for the Workday implementation
 * Coordinate across IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, business leadership, and external partners
 * Establish decision rights, escalation processes, executive reporting, and accountability
 * Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, budgets, and organizational impacts
 * Serve as a senior liaison between leadership, internal teams, and the implementation partner
