As a Conference Technology Specialist II, you'll be the front line of white-glove conference technology support within the Conference Center, supporting critical meetings, depositions, virtual trials, hearings, and large-scale events. In this role, you'll lead by example, anticipate technical needs before issues arise, and translate complex audiovisual (AV) technology into seamless, user-friendly experiences. You'll also collaborate closely with conference teams and technology partners firmwide to ensure every room, system, and meeting runs flawlessly.
