* Must have Service Management Experience
 * Repairs and Service Notification (preferred to have)
 * Warranty and Contracts (preferred to have)
 * Sales and Distribution
 * Ability to read and debug ABAP codes (preferred to have)
 * Interfaces
 * Experience/knowledge in S/4 Hana, SAP Hybris/BRIM, BRF+, SAP portal
