Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quality assurance, or business validation. This includes proven experience developing high-quality UAT test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios. Experience should also cover reviewing business requirements, executing functional and regression testing, and working in Agile environments. Experience using test management and defect tracking tools is necessary. An understanding of automated testing concepts and experience designing test cases with automation readiness in mind are also required., * Experience supporting fraud prevention, fraud operations, risk management, or financial services organizations. * Experience working with automation testing tools and frameworks. * Knowledge of test case design techniques and testing best practices. * Experience preparing and maintaining automation-ready testing assets. * Familiarity with continuous testing and quality management processes. * Experience supporting complex system implementations and production releases. * Experience with compliance, audit, and governance requirements related to testing activities. ## Description We are seeking a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Analyst to provide support for system updates, planned releases, issue resolution efforts, and business initiatives. This role is responsible for helping ensure that business requirements are met and that system changes function as expected before implementation.
