## About the Role

* 2-5 years of experience in asset management, trading, or investment analytics
 * Strong understanding of fixed income markets (multi-sector preferred)
 * Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
 * High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
 * Demonstrated ability to apply data and/or AI concepts to real-world workflows
 * Experience with Python, SQL, or data tools and dashboards or analytical reporting
 * Strong interest in how AI and automation are changing investment processes
 * BA/BS required
 * Progress toward CFA (or CFA charterholder) preferred

## Description

Portfolio Management

 * Support the management of multi-sector fixed income portfolios across institutional and ETF mandates
 * Assist with portfolio construction, positioning, and trade implementation
 * Monitor portfolio performance, risk exposures, and attribution

AI & Workflow-Enabled Investing

 * Apply AI tools and data-driven workflows to enhance:
 * portfolio monitoring
 * risk identification
 * reporting and analytics
 * Partner with senior PMs and technology teams to improve how investment decisions are generated and executed
 * Contribute to initiatives focused on automation and scaling of investment processes

Process & Platform Improvement

 * Identify inefficiencies and contribute to improving portfolio management workflows
 * Support integration of new tools and analytics into platforms such as Aladdin
 * Help scale best practices across portfolios and teams
