Job Level: Management ## Description About This Role: As the Senior Project/Program Manager in the Applied Analytics team within PO&T IT, you will be pivotal in steering business-facing project delivery for analytics, automation, and AI initiatives. Your role involves translating complex business needs into actionable delivery plans, ensuring cross-functional execution, and driving stakeholder alignment to achieve measurable business outcomes. You will manage risks and dependencies, leading matrixed IT and business teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and compliant solutions. By partnering closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure continuous improvement and value realization for Applied Analytics capabilities. This position is crucial for advancing our analytics and AI efforts and aligns with the strategic goals of Biogen., * Drive delivery of complex, cross-functional Data, Analytics, and AI programs and projects. * Lead Agile practices including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups. * Manage Agile teams for system enhancements from backlog prioritization through implementation. * Translate complex business challenges into actionable deliverables and scalable solutions. * Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage interdependencies and resolve delivery challenges. * Provide visibility into program health, risks, dependencies, and business impact. * Promote continuous improvement of Agile delivery practices and collaboration. * Partner with business stakeholders, DAC, and AI teams to ensure stakeholder alignment and successful outcomes. * Facilitate requirements gathering for data and analytics products. * Collaborate with IT System Owners and DMA teams on data integration requirements. * Make strategic decisions regarding delivery plans, resource coordination, and execution strategies.
