## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will translate HR metrics into strategic insights that inform leadership decisions. You will design data pipelines and integrations to power analytics across the HR function, partnering with executives to align data initiatives with company OKRs. You'll build scalable data objects and dashboards that reveal workforce trends and opportunities, and you'll apply AI-driven automation to speed data preparation. This is a chance to shape how EchoStar leverages people data to drive growth and improve employee experiences. You will operate at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and HR strategy, delivering impact through cross-functional collaboration.
