## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead a team of project managers delivering sector IT programs, ensuring high-quality execution across multiple initiatives. You will coach and develop PMs, monitor delivery health, and enforce enterprise standards and governance. You'll partner with business, technology, and PMO stakeholders to remove obstacles and sustain momentum. The role emphasizes owning delivery outcomes, cross-functional collaboration, and adopting standardized lifecycle practices in a dynamic, on-site environment.
