## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive reliability for heavy industrial equipment, developing strategies to reduce failures and waste. You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering to embed best practices and deliver measurable improvements in equipment performance. You'll lead RCAs, reliability analyses, and maintenance strategy updates to boost OEE and asset availability. The position starts as a contract with the aim of converting to a permanent role in a state-of-the-art facility, offering high-impact projects and cross-functional collaboration.
