The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for all IT systems and equipment used by our healthcare providers, staff, and patients.  - Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
 - Create and maintain documentation for IT systems and procedures
 - Train staff on proper use of IT systems and equipment
 - Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and supplies
 - Collaborate with external IT vendors and service providers as needed
 - Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
 - Provide on-call support for after-hours emergencies as needed
