## Description

The SAP Integration/Conversion Lead (Product MDM) is responsible for leading the complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing. Responsibilities include conducting translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design, interacting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations, and conducting the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations. Additional responsibilities include experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning; managing a team, including mentoring and training junior team members; leading efforts to design an appropriate data migration solution and create a data migration strategy; writing, reviewing, and approving technical specification documents; developing and executing cutover plans for conversion execution; and planning and
executing mock conversions., * Conduct translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design
