Experience: * 12+ years of software engineering experience. * 4+ years as a Software Architect, Principal Engineer, or similar technical leadership role. * Proven success designing enterprise software platforms across desktop, web, and cloud technologies. * Experience modernizing legacy .NET applications and leading cloud migration initiatives. * Experience within life sciences, healthcare, medical devices, industrial IoT, or other regulated industries is highly desirable. * AWS architecture, HL7/FHIR integrations, Salesforce Service Management, and enterprise middleware experience are preferred. Education: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. * Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
