* 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
 * Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and the Salesforce metadata API.
 * Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
 * Understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and best practices.
 * Experience working in Agile development environments and using DevOps tools like Git and SFDX.
 * Experience with AI tools including Github Copilot and Microsoft Copilot
 * Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
 * Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other front-end technologies.
 * Familiarity with Salesforce testing frameworks and automation.
 * Understanding of governance limits and performance optimization techniques.
 * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines like GitHub Actions.
 * Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.

## Description

* Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party applications via APIs, middleware, and other tools.
 * Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
 * Optimize performance of Salesforce applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
 * Implement Salesforce security and sharing rules to ensure data integrity and access control.
 * Develop and maintain technical documentation including solution design, data models, and release notes.
 * Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes using version control and CI/CD tools.
 * Support and maintain existing Salesforce applications and perform regular system updates as required by Salesforce releases.
 * Leverage AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows.
