Also to support the modernization efforts of the District's Financial and Budget Systems. This position shall be utilized to lead and support the overall PeopleSoft HCM application upgrade. Also support modernization efforts of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer's (OCFO) Finance and Budgets Systems. The incumbent shall demonstrate knowledge of both technical development and business process design. The following are the job responsibilities: 1. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems in implementation of any customizations that is required by DCHR or OPRS as per industry standards. 2. Provide subject matter expertise in PeopleSoft Payroll, Commitment Accounting and Position Management. 3. Analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirements specifications. 4.
