This role combines business process understanding with strong technical and functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce and related business applications. The BSA acts as the bridge between Business and IT, ensuring stable retail operations while enabling scalable process and system improvements across stores, eCommerce, and omnichannel environments. The position is part of the local IT organization, reports to the local VP of IT, and works in close alignment with the global BSA team at headquarters within an extended workbench model. The successful candidate combines strong analytical and technical capabilities with a pragmatic operational mindset.
