## Description

II. Objective

Provide senior-level systems administration services to support planning, implementation,

testing, deployment, documentation, operational readiness, and ongoing operations for

ODA''s technology environment during the engagement.

III. Scope of Services

 * Support the Data Center Modernization and Mac to Windows Transition projects.

 * Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Azure,

DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure.

 * Support Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, endpoint management, Windows imaging,

workstation deployment, and device lifecycle management.

 * Assist with server migrations, identity modernization, domain consolidation, and

infrastructure modernization.

 * Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and

knowledge transfer materials.

 * Participate in testing, pilot deployments, production implementations, and

troubleshooting.

 * Provide Tier III technical support and assist with day-to-day operational systems

administration activities as assigned.

 * Coordinate with ODA staff, project managers, vendors, and stakeholders.

 * Perform other related systems administration duties necessary to support project and

operational objectives.
