## About the Role

* Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience
 * Minimum 3 years of Employee Central Payroll experience
 * Minimum of 1 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations
 * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources
 * Certified in EC Payroll applications, and Payroll module.
 * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus points if:

 * You've got external consulting experience
 * You've got experience with SuccessFactors integration to Payroll
 * You have a strong understanding of benefits processes and interfaces
