## About the Role

* Looking for a Testing PM that has experience managing testing teams for large cross-functional projects interacting with multiple systems.
 * Preferred candidates will have a background in QA and have very strong documentation and communication skills.

Other skills required of both roles:

 * Strong experience developing and implementing test plans & test cases.
 * Strong experience performing manual testing
 * Strong experience implementing QA process and methodologies
 * Retail or Online Store background
 * Good team and people skills
 * Excellent oral/written communication skills
 * Able to host status meeting and ad hoc working sessions
 * Able to work independently under pressure and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
 * Able to work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver a project.
 * Able to collaborate with business partners, developers, and various support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues.
 * Able to coordinate end to end validation with various backend systems and vendors
