## Description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead day-to-day operations for ETO orders and quotes, driving timely delivery and technical support for customers and channel partners. You'll develop the vacuum expertise within the team, implement standard work to simplify processes, and push to reduce quote time by 50%. You will coach and develop a high-performing team, uphold safety standards, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet sales and service goals. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on continuous improvement and impact across the vacuum product area.
