## About the Role

* Strong experience in UX/UI design, user research, wireframing, and responsive application design
 * Front-end development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Angular, HTML, and CSS
 * Experience integrating applications with REST APIs and data platforms such as Databricks
 * Experience with Git, GitHub, CI/CD workflows, and Agile delivery
 * Familiarity with analytics and visualization platforms such as Sigma
 * Ability to independently lead a project while supporting multiple concurrent workstreams
 * Experience designing enterprise applications for the energy, utilities, or industrial sector is preferred

## Description

Kforce has a client that is seeking a UX/UI Technical Lead in Houston, TX. We are looking for a UX/UI Technical Lead to support two existing enterprise applications and lead the design and front-end delivery of a new application for a major energy-sector client., * Lead UX strategy, requirements gathering, prototyping, and usability testing for the new application

 * Provide ongoing UX guidance and interface improvements for existing applications
 * Translate business workflows and complex data into intuitive, accessible user experiences
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, developers, and product owners
 * Support front-end development, backend integration, testing, deployment, and technical documentation
