## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design and validation of automotive embedded hardware, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, compliant solutions. You'll drive design reviews, DFx considerations, and EMC/thermal analyses to meet performance and cost targets. You'll mentor a small hardware team and work with standard automotive processes to ensure on-time, quality delivery. This is a hands-on position with impact across product development and intellectual property initiatives.
