Tasks * 5-7 years of experience in enterprise AI security, governance, and risk management programs. * Hands-on experience implementing AI security controls, guardrails, and asset discovery. * Strong knowledge of AI security frameworks (NIST AI RMF, MITRE ATLAS, OWASP AI guidance) or equivalent. * Experience securing AI aaaaaaaaaaa

Experteer Overview In this role, you will define and secure MetLife's enterprise AI ecosystem, building the Agentic Security Control Plane to enable safe, scalable AI adoption. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security into AI development from the ground up and govern AI security across global operations. You'll shape standards, guardrails, and risk management for agentic technologies while driving compliance and secure platform architecture at scale. This opportunity sits at the nexus of AI innovation and rigorous security in a leading financial services company.
