You lead tooling, processes, training, and metrics to ensure software is verifiably correct and continuously improved. You shape a Test-as-Code culture, collaborate with EI&E leaders, and steward scalable, interoperable engineering tools across programs. This role offers impact across multiple sites and a chance to influence the software factory and product lifecycle.
