The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a portfolio of software engineering projects, with a particular focus on cloud engineering, data engineering, and AI/ML. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to achieve project goals. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring alignment with project goals. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery. Lead software development teams utilizing Agile and Scrum practices. Define and implement Project Management Office (PMO) standards for programs. Manage project delivery and budgets against contractual requirements. Client Management Build and maintain strong relationships as the primary point of contact for executive and senior-level clients.
