 * Understanding of computer hardware environments, asset planning, and support lifecycle management.

 * Demonstrated ability to communicate technical strategy clearly to executive and non-technical stakeholders. * Define and drive the overall technology strategy, ensuring infrastructure and platform capabilities support long-term business objectives.

 * Lead the design, performance, and reliability of core infrastructure environments, with a focus on scalability, security, and operational excellence.

 * Oversee cloud architecture and services within AWS, establishing standards for deployment, governance, and cost-conscious growth.

 * Direct network and enterprise technology initiatives involving Cisco-based environments and related connectivity solutions.

 * Champion Agile Scrum practices across technology teams to improve planning, delivery speed, collaboration, and accountability.

 * Manage technology operations related to computer hardware, lifecycle planning, vendor coordination, and end-user equipment standards.

 * Build, mentor, and evaluate high-performing technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strong execution.
