The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud platforms, with hands-on experience taking AI models from development to production., * 10+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, or related fields. * Strong hands-on experience with Python. * Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms. * Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face. * Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, RAG, and Vector Databases. * Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI. * Strong experience with SQL and data processing. * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD. * Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and automation. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills * Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, FAISS, or OpenSearch. * Experience building AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows. * Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. * Experience with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning. * Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, or Financial Services domains.
