This role partners closely with clients, business stakeholders, and project teams to deliver high-quality data migration solutions while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance., Data Migration & Conversion * Lead and support end-to-end data migration and conversion activities. * Extract, analyze, transform, and migrate large volumes of structured and unstructured data. * Analyze source and target system data models and develop data mapping and transformation rules. * Design and develop migration routines, stored procedures, functions, views, and ADF pipelines using SQL Server and Azure technologies. * Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, integrity testing, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and completeness. * Develop and maintain migration documentation, mapping specifications, validation reports, and deployment runbooks. ETL & Data Engineering * Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT solutions using Azure Data Factory. * Build and optimize data ingestion and transformation workflows. * Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance throughout the data migration lifecycle. * Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipeline performance.
