Deep understanding of: * Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) * Identity Lifecycle Management * Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) * User Provisioning * Access Certification * Authentication and Authorization * Experience automating IAM workflows and operational processes. * Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex IAM challenges. * Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. * Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory). * Experience with Microsoft Purview and Microsoft compliance solutions. * Experience implementing or supporting Duo Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). * Experience with Delinea Privileged Access Management (PAM). * Knowledge of enterprise security frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements. * Experience leading enterprise IAM transformation initiatives. Education & Certifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred. * CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification preferred. Candidates without CISSP who are willing to obtain the certification are encouraged to apply. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to lead the design, optimization, and strategic evolution of our enterprise Identity and Access Management environment. This individual will serve as the technical leader for our mature SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform, driving architecture, governance, automation, and process improvements across a predominantly on-premises infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience designing and implementing IAM solutions, developing long-term roadmaps, strengthening security controls, and partnering with business and technical stakeholders to modernize identity governance processes.
