## About the Role

Our client seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a high-visibility variable compensation implementation while supporting several smaller initiatives. The role requires a confident communicator who can partner with business stakeholders, navigate complex dynamics by sticking to facts, and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with Agile delivery teams is preferred.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.  * Proven experience with PMI framework across SDLC variations.
 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project.
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects.
 * Financial aptitude to manage, monitor, and report project financials.
 * Strong problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.
 * Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with business partners and internal teams.
 * Preferred exposure to Agile delivery teams.
 * Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
 * Familiarity with Agile development practices.
 * Ability to produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
