Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Azure DevOps and other Agile project management tools. * Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile coaching certifications. * Experience supporting large-scale technology or digital transformation initiatives. * Strong reporting and dashboard development skills within JIRA. Work Environment * Hybrid schedule with on-site presence required in Richmond, VA. * Opportunity to work closely with technology leaders, product teams, and business stakeholders on enterprise-wide initiatives. ## Description We are seeking a JIRA Administrator & Agile Coach to lead the modernization, standardization, and optimization of enterprise JIRA environments while driving Agile best practices across technology teams.
