Reporting to the Manager, HRIS & Special Projects, the Analyst collaborates with Shared Services, broader HR functions, and various US business teams to drive operational excellence., * Analyze employee payroll and benefits data to support system integrations and ensure data accuracy. * Maintain and validate Time & Attendance work rules to support accurate payroll processing. * Support the planning, execution, and implementation of HR and business-related special projects. * Serve as a subject matter resource across HR systems, maximizing system capabilities and promoting best practices. * Document, maintain, and continuously improve HR processes, providing training and support to HR, managers, and employees as needed. * Develop, maintain, and distribute HR reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights for business stakeholders. * Perform regular audits of HRIS data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity. * Assist with project analysis, testing, and implementation activities to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. * Research industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency. * Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, communicate project status, and translate technical information into clear, user-friendly updates. * Support additional HR systems, reporting, and project initiatives as assigned. ## Related Videos - [What if your HR software adapted to you, not the other way around?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100259-what-if-your-hr-software-adapted-to-you-not-the-other-way-around) - [Is it still C#?
