## About the Role

* A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 1 year experience.
 * 2+ years of experience working in a Data Analytics role.
 * 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Sharepoint)

Qualifications We Prefer

 * Experience working with Confluence
 * Service Now use and reporting (or similar tool) experience - recommended
 * Analytical thinker and problem solver
 * Works autonomously with limited supervision
 * PowerBI - scripting experience
 * Igloo - scripting/report writing
 * Zoom API experience
 * Microsoft Access power user

## Description

The Services Management team within the RTX Collaboration and Digital Workspace organization is looking for a Administrator/Data Analyst to provide support for product and software reporting and integrations of data to up\downstream support queues.

What You Will Do

 * Collect, analyze, and maintain data from multiple collaboration platforms to support operational and strategic decision-making
 * Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics and recurring reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
 * Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting resources
 * Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis.
 * Responsible for making minor changes or enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of work area.
 * Communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams using a variety of methods and tools.
 * Travel 10%
