Experteer Overview As Senior Engineering Manager for the App DBA organization, you will steer strategy and execution for enterprise database services across ~20,000 databases. You'll partner with engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and business leaders to drive modernization, automation, and cloud adoption while delivering reliable, scalable data platforms. You will lead a growing team of engineers and DBAs, shaping the future of the bank's data capabilities and technology transformations. This role combines deep software leadership with strong database expertise to enable high-performing, enterprise-wide solutions.
