## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you guide multi-year enterprise transformations, acting as a technical strategist and storyteller for ServiceNow's most strategic customers. You co-create the North Star operating model and articulate a platform-based transformation beyond individual products. You lead discovery, build executive-ready narratives, and maintain momentum across lengthy journeys. You work with cross-functional teams to translate customer pain into architectural opportunity, shaping platform strategy and governance to drive business outcomes.
