## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead a Ground Software program within the Space Systems software and controls team, guiding both functional management and hands-on development. You will drive the full software lifecycle for mission applications, ensuring secure, scalable solutions and effective collaboration with program management, suppliers, and customers. You will supervise 15-20 engineers, coordinate resources, and mentor staff while shaping deployment strategies and network architecture. This position emphasizes technical excellence, security, and cross-functional leadership to deliver critical defense software."
