## Description

Experteer Overview As Weapons Systems Test Engineer, you advance test strategy and execution for advanced strike weapon systems. You will lead test planning, execution, and reporting, supporting rapid prototyping, system integration, and field/flight testing. You collaborate with sponsors, labs, industry, and UARCs/FFRDCs to ensure credible verification through rigorous test and evaluation. This role focuses on shaping testing approaches, safety considerations, and technical recommendations that drive development progress and risk reduction. You join a mission-driven team committed to national defense challenges and innovative weapons engineering.
