## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will help ensure smooth handoffs from projects to operations by developing and maintaining the service transition framework. You will align with Operations and Project Management to ensure readiness and post-go-live support, while capturing lessons learned. You'll drive service excellence, governance, and knowledge transfer across a global, multi-site environment. This is an opportunity to shape how IT services are introduced and stabilized at scale, delivering reliable service quality.
