You will align with Operations and Project Management to ensure readiness and post-go-live support, while capturing lessons learned. You'll drive service excellence, governance, and knowledge transfer across a global, multi-site environment. This is an opportunity to shape how IT services are introduced and stabilized at scale, delivering reliable service quality.
