Knowledge of threat systems, air defense principles, and survivability. * Test and Evaluation (T&E) Expertise: Proficiency in developing test plans, flight test cards, executing tests (lab, ground, flight), data collection/analysis, anomaly identification, and verification/validation. Knowledge of measures of performance/effectiveness (MOP/MOE), risk assessment, and safety protocols in flight test environments. * Tools and Software: MATLAB and Excel Desired Qualifications * Standards and Compliance: Familiarity with military standards (MIL-STDs), DoD test processes, FIPS/NIST where applicable, and security protocols. Education Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline. A high school diploma plus four (4) years of additional work experience related to the position may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. A related Master's degree may be considered in lieu of 2 years of required experience. Clearance All applicants for this position must currently possess a Top Secret/SCI with CI Poly clearance; please note that the clearance process takes into account financial background aspects. ## Description * Work directly with clients to develop test plans, lead the execution of test events and deliver final result briefings and reports.
