This role is responsible for ensuring reliable technology operations, providing end-user support, maintaining asset inventory, supporting technology projects, and helping users maximize available technology solutions., Technology Assessment & Planning + Evaluate organizational needs for hardware, software, systems, and technology projects. + Monitor current and upcoming technology initiatives, issues, risks, and action items. + Assist with planning and supporting technology-related projects and upgrades. Technical Support & Troubleshooting + Provide technical support for applications, hardware, and system-related issues. + Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and upgrade computer systems, peripherals, and software. + Support users with computers, mobile devices, phones, inventory systems, and business applications. + Research technical issues and implement appropriate solutions. Systems Administration & Asset Management + Document, maintain, upgrade, and replace hardware and software as needed. + Maintain accurate technology asset inventory records. + Support device lifecycle management, refresh, and deployment activities. + Assist with system maintenance and operational improvements. Procurement & Security + Recommend and support the procurement of technology equipment and related resources. + Maintain and support security controls across systems and software platforms. + Ensure compliance with established IT policies and procedures. User Support & Communication + Advise users on technology solutions that support business needs. + Create clear and professional communications regarding technology updates, issues, and resolutions. + Develop user-friendly technical documentation, processes, and instructions. + Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements, discuss technical solutions, and provide status updates. Issue Management & Escalation + Escalate critical incidents, outages, and security concerns to appropriate technical teams. + Track and manage incidents, service requests, and change activities through resolution. + Collaborate with internal and external teams to address complex technical issues.
