## About the Role

 * Looking for candidates who have built and deployed production Agentic AI systems.
 * Banking or other regulated industry experience is highly preferred.
 * Strong communication and hands-on architecture experience are required., Client is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions for a leading banking client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing production LLM applications, agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and AI evaluation frameworks while integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and microservices., * 7+ years of Software Engineering experience with senior-level ownership of production systems.
 * Proven experience designing and deploying LLM-based Agentic AI systems in production.
 * Strong programming experience with Python and Java.
 * Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Context Management, and Tool/Function Calling.
 * Experience with PyTorch and LLM model fundamentals.
 * Experience with vLLM, OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, Vertex AI, or similar inference platforms.
 * Strong knowledge of APIs, Microservices, Distributed Systems, CI/CD, Caching, Queues, and Observability.
 * Experience integrating AI solutions with Java/Spring Boot microservices.
 * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with Sierra, Decagon, or similar Agent Builder platforms.
 * Experience building Voice AI or Contact Center AI solutions.
 * Experience with LangSmith, Braintrust, or other AI evaluation frameworks.
 * Knowledge of AI safety, guardrails, and model evaluation strategies.
 * Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.
