You'll focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, developing backend services, and collaborating with various teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions. Core Work Activities: * Design and operate internal infrastructure APIs for engineering teams. * Develop API layers and platform services for secure infrastructure access. * Build services in Go or Python for infrastructure orchestration with Terraform. * Define API contracts and ensure backward compatibility. * Implement production engineering practices including CI/CD and monitoring. * Educate users on platform services and infrastructure best practices. * Create documentation for service usage in solution architectures. * Evaluate technology products and recommend improvements. * Develop automated testing frameworks for Terraform code. * Maintain Open Policy Agent (OPA) policies for security and compliance. * Optimize CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and platform services. * Collaborate with various teams to enforce policy guardrails. * Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
