This is a hands-on leadership role sitting at the intersection of procurement business processes and SAP technology. You will own the end-to-end solution across the SAP Ariba suite and its integration with SAP ERP (S/4HANA or ECC), driving successful adoption from blueprint through hypercare., * Lead the functional design, configuration, and deployment of the SAP Ariba solution across the Source-to-Pay value chain. * Own the end-to-end process integration between SAP Ariba and SAP ERP (MM and FI-AP), ensuring master data, transactional documents, and financial postings flow correctly across systems. Ariba Modules Knowledge Lead delivery across the SAP Ariba and SAP Business Network modules, including: * SAP Ariba Sourcing (RFx, e-auctions, sourcing events and awards) * SAP Ariba Contracts (contract authoring, workspaces, compliance) * SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing and Guided Buying (catalogs, requisitions, PO management) * SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) / Supplier Management (registration, qualification, segmentation, risk) * SAP Ariba Commerce Automation / Invoice-to-Pay (invoice reconciliation, exception handling) * SAP Business Network (formerly Ariba Network) supplier onboarding and enablement * Integration via SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) / mediated and direct connectivity to SAP ERP End-to-End Issue Resolution * Act as the lead for complex, cross-functional STP issues, tracing root causes across Ariba, integration middleware, SAP MM, and FI-AP. * Diagnose and resolve issues spanning requisition-to-PO, PO-to-goods-receipt, and invoice-to-payment, including three-way match failures, IDoc/CIG errors, tax and account assignment defects, and workflow breakdowns. Business Readiness & Adoption * Lead change management activities, stakeholder engagement, and communications to drive user adoption across procurement, finance, and the wider business. * Design and deliver end-user training (materials, sessions, train-the-trainer) tailored to buyer, approver, and supplier audiences..
