This team plays a key role in improving customer satisfaction, increasing platform reliability, and accelerating delivery of customer-focused enhancements. * This role will: Design, develop, test, and optimize payments functionality, including regression testing, performance testing, and performance validation. Leverage AI-driven tools and insights to analyze customer-reported issues, assess business impact, identify root causes, and drive resolution of defects and enhancement requests.
