## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Science or Arts
 * 3 years of IT Project Management experience with SDLC, PMLC
 * Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
 * Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
 * Strong experience managing medium to large complex projects
 * Proficient with MS Office Suite and collaboration tools
 * Strong collaboration, influencing, and listening skills
 * Excellent written and oral communication skills
 * Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
 * Customer-focused with excellent service skills
 * Local candidates within commuting distance and able to work onsite 3 days per week, * PMP or Scrum certification
 * Experience in construction, homebuilding, or related industry
 * Demonstrated employment stability and a record of successfully completing prior assignments are strongly preferred.

## Description

* Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and budget
 * Define project objectives and oversee quality control
 * Manage project scope, costs, and schedule
 * Develop and deliver progress reports and project documentation
 * Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
 * Manage vendor relations and procurements
 * Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members
 * Ensure adherence to corporate and PMO standards
 * Conduct project retrospectives and create recommendations reports
