* Proven experience as an SAP Program Manager leading large-scale SAP Manufacturing/MES programs
 * Strong Solution Architect background with the ability to drive end-to-end architecture and delivery
 * Deep expertise in: SAP MES / Manufacturing Execution Systems SAP Manufacturing processes and integrations SAP upgrades and transformation initiatives Integration of SAP with third-party manufacturing systems and applications
 * Experience managing complex enterprise-wide implementations across multiple business units and stakeholders
 * Ability to lead architecture discussions, governance, roadmap planning, and delivery execution
 * Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills required
 * Must be comfortable working in fast-paced global environments
 * The ideal candidate will combine strong technical architecture expertise with proven program leadership capabilities in SAP Manufacturing environments.
 * Willingness to travel weekly to Southern California
