 * P&C insurance experience and working with Guidewire technologies are a plus
 * Property & Casualty insurance industry experience.
 * Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
 * Cloud development experience.
 * Experience using AI-powered software development tools and applying responsible AI practices.

## Description

* Design, develop, test, and maintain core insurance applications using Guidewire and modern development technologies.
 * Build integrations, RESTful APIs, and scalable application frameworks supporting enterprise business systems.
 * Leverage AI-assisted development tools for code generation, debugging, refactoring, and automated testing.
 * Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and engineering teams to estimate, plan, and deliver new functionality.
 * Participate in code reviews while promoting software quality, testing automation, and development best practices.
 * Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across the team.
 * Coordinate production deployments and provide production support as needed.
 * Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-enabled automation throughout the software development lifecycle.
