This onsite role serves as a trusted technology partner to senior leaders, ensuring that technology issues are resolved quickly, professionally, and with minimal disruption to executive productivity and business operations. The position supports a broad range of executive technology needs and is expected to independently manage high-priority and highly visible issues, anticipate potential needs, and coordinate with internal support teams and external vendors to deliver timely and effective solutions. Success in this role requires strong technical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, discretion, and a customer-focused mindset. The individual must be comfortable interacting with C-suite leaders, supporting executive meetings and events, and providing assistance in situations that may require flexibility, urgency, or occasional travel.
